“Ukiyo 2021”

“A true artist is not who is inspired but the one who inspires others” Art & Yoga students of Saiva Mangaiyar Vidyalayam proudly presented “Ukiyo 2021” in a virtual platform on the 26th of June 2021(Today). The Art-Yoga virtual event is to highlight our students’ creative ambition and to give them an opportunity to showcase their hard work and inspiration. The event was adorned by the Chief Guest, Mr.Sinnarajah Ramanarajah who has made an immense contribution to the Department of Hindu Civilization, University of Jaffna as a Senior Lecturer. Mrs.Malathy Sivendran, Past Pupils of SMV & Kalagam Board Member who graced this event with her presence. Mr.Paramanathan Thavanesan was the Special Guest who shared his valuable insights. The interactive session on Yoga encouraged our students to practice regular Yoga postures to remain fit and improve concentration. We are pleased to share some fantabulous highlights of the event.
